DETAILED SYNOPSIS:
WEIRD TV taps into humanity’s insatiable desire for peculiar spectacles, social aberrations, and outrageous behavior.
Episode 1: Halloween
There are spooky doings afoot! Like the spirit-infested strip club and hairy hippies made of clay. Dr. Franklin Ruehl takes a spin on the most demonic highway in America, while we tour a spookhouse haunted by the terrifying 43rd president of the United States.
Episode 2: UFO’s
Four hundred people report UFO sightings each month. Among these are a British Airlines pilot and regulars at Area 51’s Little A-le-Inn. You’ll learn what a real UFO base looks like, and how to fake one. The truth will amaze you, and if not, there’s always the height-altering vortex and the giant, menacing horsey.
Episode 3: Animals
Meet a cave dwelling Brit-babe, criminal baboons, warm, wet piglets, and puzzle over the mystery of the missing wing-rats. Go shopping at Hippo Hardware, then sit a spell with Doggy Buddha and fill ‘er up at Hog Man’s Pork ‘n’ Bean Emporium.
Episode 4: Filthy Dirty
It’s a filthy, dirty world. Just ask the degenerates who get married in mens’ rooms and heat their homes with scorched flesh. Some make futile attempts at escape by barricading themselves in self-cleaning houses or hurling themselves down hillsides in a vicious pursuit of cheese. Plus, Dino Dumps: they’re crunchy, they’re ancient, they’re doody.
Episode 5: Banana Slug
Naked Commandoes, people with forks in their heads, and fork-twanging worm charmers are just a few of this episode’s ecstasies. If forks aren’t your style, then pick up your chopsticks and sample our plentiful faux-Japanese delicacies: you’ll say “Hai!” to pseudo-sumos and giggle with Oriental glee as a stern-yet-sexy nurse removes the pants of a robotic Japanese businessman crawling at her feet. Then, PREPARE TO TITTER as host Chuck Cirino probes a dark, damp mystery hole.
Episode 6: Again
At “The Funny Farm” the scenery starts in Oz and gets weirder from there. But wait! Look over there! Weird brassieres! And here! Fighting bugs! Big ones! And they fight dirty! Oh no, here comes a fortune-telling bird! And don’t buy that StarScroll until you’ve heard Dr. Franklin Ruehl explain the mysterious thirteenth sign of the zodiac -- could it be yours? And finally: Zatar the Mutant King’s touching search for a queen will make you weep, shudder, and moan. Honest!
Episode 7: Robots
Discover where Frenchmen come from, consult a panda prophet, and meet Clayton Bailey, Robot Slave. We’ll also meet Chip Copperchops, a candidate who can sustain a huge election, and witness the unholy union of an accordion player and a female Elvis impersonator. Dr. Franklin Ruehl exposes us to hot, naked chicks, facial hair fantasies, and a pyramid-penetrating shaft-bot.
Episode 8: The Smell of It
Oh, the smell of it. We expose the weakness of terrorists and uncover the hidden yearnings of a man with a vast arsenal of fart machines, and Dr. Franklin Ruehl explores the stankiest plant in the world. Plus: learn about the high price of cash, and thrill to the continuing adventures of Babe in a Bottle. You’ll be wrapped around her tiny finger!
Episode 9: Christmas Show
It’s that time of year, and Christmas is in the air. We ponder large quantities of Santas doing surprising and unlikely things. See if Dr. Ruehl will finish the New York Marathon wearing the classic deep-sea diving suit.
Episode 10: Fed Up
What is a “rend and tear monster machine” show? What’s in the tubs of liquid in your local Asian market? Find out! Nancy will answer these and other lifelong questions, and try to BBQ her chicken Caesar without sweating in it. Find out what’s hiding in your hotel room. Can you use your hand as a phone? Only Dr. Ruehl knows the answer to that one.
Episode 11: The World of Art Cars
We bring you a special episode honoring street-legal art. Art cars are a fairly new phenomenon and this episode brings you face to face with “you are what you drive.”
Episode 12: Do You Want To See My El Camino?
Dr. Ruehl investigates brain surgery in two unique formats. Visit Moby’s Dock, he’s got a whale of a tale for Weird TV fans. We just want to have fun, won’t you join us? And on’t miss the first of a series -- SPACESTRONAUTS.

How about giant kites and, the philosophy of “Now You Know”, and Captain Digbo in Spacestronauts only knows one command.
Episode 14: Bleep
Check out a homemade jet car speeding across the desert with red hot flames just inches from the driver’s back. Dr. Ruehl investigates fashions in computers and chocolate. Marty Chang gives really bad advice on how to fix your home computer – don’t do this at home! And more from space with another Spacestronauts.
Episode 15: Warped In Space
Weird TV brings you an out-of-this word special with warped weirdos, wild wing-dings and, wacky wonders – all in outer space!
Episode 16: Wild Out There
Witness some unusual and rather disgusting tribal rituals. See Lazlo and Dr. Ruehl dueling with their tongues. Marty Chang will tell us the best time to make underpants out of Poison Oak. Don’t miss the parade of 1,000 custom designed bras, and mutate with the music by Mutaytor.
Episode 17: Grilled Cheese
We ask this tough question: “On a scale of one to twenty, how high will your grilled cheese score?” The Grilled Cheese Invitational tells all. Chip Copperchops is running for Pres. and he’ll declare war twice as fast as his opponent. Don’t miss Babe back in her bottle, and how expensive is that $20.00 cash withdrawal? Dr. Ruehl has found some new technology to alleviate cat allergies, so you can be allergic and have your cat too.
